Patrik produces, writes and now also is the lead singer in The Central Bank music project.
About Patrik Pistol
Patrik Pistol is born and bred in Stockholm, Sweden. He started to make music when he was 11 years old at his home computer (Atari ST). He had a small recording studio with a lot of synthesizers, samplers and computers. When he got a bit older he started his own production company that focused on music, film and other multi media based projects.
After a few years he met the Swedish artist Dr Alban and was offered a job at Dr Albans record company as a producer and songwriter. It was a great opportunity for Patrik to develop his skills and worked there for three years. During that time he produced, wrote and remixed for artists like Alcazar, Drömhus, Dr Alban and a lot of others. He was lucky and met Sam Bertling who worked at the record company as a songwriter, they became very good friends and together they started The Central Bank in late autumn 2001.Patrik has also an advertising agency called Dreamland Communications AB there He works as an art/creative director which is a good combination as you might see at this website.
In his spare time he likes physical activities for example mountain climbing, downhill skiing, cave exploring and white water rafting. He is also very interested in astral projection, healing, UFO, meditation, conspiracy theories, and obvious design, music, art, film and photography.
Patrik is now managing The Central Bank by himself and it is going more to a house/trance/synth direction.
